  • Chocolate  Cupcakes   

Recipe: 8 cupcakes 
  • 100gr dark chocolate
  • 150gr of butter at room temperature
  • 150gr of icing sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100gr of self raising flour
  • 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp of instant coffee dissolved in 1 tbsp boiling water
STEPS:
Filing your chocolate in a container to heat and place over a saucepan of simmering water. The container must not be in contact with the water.When the chocolate is almost completely melted,reserved and let it cool slightly.
Then,in a bowl beat the butter and sugar until a whitening texture.
Then gradually add the eggs and continue to beat.
when the mixture looks smooth and lights ,then add the melted chocolate and the cocoa powder.
Sift the flour directly in the preparation and fold it. Then add the instant coffee.

Your paste is ready to fill in your cupcakes and let it bake for 20 mins approximately.Make use of a toothpick to know whether the cakes are ready

I have reduced sugar thought that it might be too sweet therefore instead of 150gr i have used only 100gr of sugar 

Try it,its really nice and smooth with a special taste of chocolate mix with coffee :D
